Artist: Geoffrey Williams Geoffrey plays Electroacoustic Soul - think Marvin Gaye meets Joni Mitchell in a UK suburb over a pot of rice and peas! In more detail, Geoffrey is a singer-songwriter, producer and teacher from the UK with 25+ yrs Music Industry experience, releasing 5 albums on EMI, Atlantic and Giant Records and most recently released ‘Move Into Soul’ on Oyster Music. He has written songs for Michael Jackson, Dusty Springfield, Eternal & Color Me Badd amongst others; has toured extensively in the UK & Europe with artists including Wet Wet Wet, Roachford in 1998 and George Benson @ the 1995 Montreux Jazz Festival. Recently Geoffrey played at the Newstead Festival in Jan 2010 & ran workshops at The Boite Singers Festival in Daylesford, also in Jan 2010.
